No English Option in a few Sailor Moon S torrents?

I noticed in the R2 releases for Sailor Moon S that is in the torrents sections, the first three torrents (which contain episode 90-107) all contain a Japanese and English audio track, respectively. I then notice that the four following torrents containing episodes 108-127 do not include an English audio track.

Was this some sort of mistake, or maybe my torrent did not download properly? Perhaps the the episodes following 107 are super uncut (ie. sexual scenes, Haruka/Michiru romance scenes, maybe?) and that's why an english track isn't included?
